Female stress urinary Incontinence (SUI) is a highly prevalent disease across the world. Prevention after vaginal deliveries, weight loss and pelvic floor exercises will help to prevent or treat this condition in many women. However many others will elect a surgical intervention. Options include synthetic mid-urethral slings, Burch colposuspension, pubovaginal autologous slings and bulking agents. The first two options provide the highest cure rates. Although safe, mid-urethral slings and Burch colposuspension are not free of complications.  Every surgeon treating female SUI should, therefore, be able to recognize and treat the most frequent complications. Profs Elisabetta Costantini, Hashim Hashim and Francisco Cruz will will address and explore these topics and more and answer to your questions in a Webinar next February 9th.
